Renovation and extension of a villa

15 square meters could be added according to the city plan, but in order to get 25 more efficient and better planned square meters, 10 square meters of a garage previously used as a music studio were demolished. In this way, the different floor levels of the house could be connected and the existing kitchen and dining room placed in line with the new living room. 2 new bedrooms, a better view through the house and better contact with the garden were also the result.
